Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Englewood.

Purchase price: $115,000
Cash invested: $25,000

I invested in our first RE rental investment without much experience or help - while the cashflow is not that high (albeit positive), we have gotten strong appreciation on the property.
