My first home I purchased

Investment Info:

Single-family residence hard money loan investment.

Purchase price: $25,000
Cash invested: $10,000

Single Family 5 bedroom home with a jacuzzi tub full bath on second floor and full bath on 3 rd floor attic area , 2 Dining rooms , Large fenced in backyard

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I always was interested in real estate, decorating and remodeling homes

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this through a personal friend of the family.

How did you finance this deal?

I paid cash

How did you add value to the deal?

Remolding and rehabbing

What was the outcome?

I upgraded the property

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Never stop in the middle of rehabbing always finish what you started. The challenge is hiring the proper contractors
