Single-family residence note investment investment.

Purchase price: $260,000
Cash invested: $135,000
Sale price: $460,000

Single Story 3 Bedroom 2 Bath quick fix and flip owner Financed us on this one. we were in and out in less than 4 months. Repaired all the cosmetic parts of this home and cleaned it up plus staged it so it showed very well it was a great return

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The owner was willing to carry and also it was not going to take much cash to get this deal done

It was an expired listing and he was tired of renting it

updating the kitchen and bathrooms and installing new flooring and painting inside and out
