Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Bloomington.

Purchase price: $246,000
Cash invested: $60,000
Sale price: $335,000

Single Story home that needed a facelift. Painted inside and out and repaired drywall and plumbing. Installed new kitchen and vanity's this one was a great little home that really turned out nice for a buyer. we were in and out in less than 4 months with a budget of 20k for rehab

It was a quick and easy flip

Through a Realtor friend who sent it my way

How did you add value to the deal?

we gave it a facelift painted inside and out and updated the kitchen and bathrooms and added new flooring

it was a quick sale and a great return for only investing 60,000
