Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Cash invested: $20,000
Sale price: $110,000

A house I inherited from an uncle.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My family as owned small apartments and had me working on them from a young age.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Inherited the home amd took out an equity loan to fix up.

How did you finance this deal?

With my credit.

How did you add value to the deal?

Still working on it, lol

What was the outcome?

Nothing yet.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

If you die, have someone get your **** out before it sits for ten years and your father does nothing with it. Lol

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Not yet.
