What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I’ve lived in the community for three years, and was looking to move into a larger unit other than my current 2BR 1.5 Baths I was living in. During my closing I was trying to find a tenant for my current residence who ended up needing this larger property more than I did so I ended up renting it rather than living in it.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My Real Estate agent found it and negotiated it.

How did you finance this deal?

Megan Mcdermott Guatenteed real Estate lender

How did you add value to the deal?

It was turnkey

What was the outcome?

The property was rented before I closed.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I learned that I have to do a better job calculating my ROI and use the BP calculators

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
