Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $372,000
Cash invested: $5,000

I live in this home at the moment and house hacking.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I got the house on foreclosure

How did you finance this deal?

FHA

How did you add value to the deal?

New entrance to the basement and sectioned it out into 3 units

What was the outcome?
