Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Tyler.

Purchase price: $140,000
Cash invested: $10,000

Residential remodel of a 3000sq. ft. on 50 acres.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was a good deal to invest in. Location was perfect and the house had good bones.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found the deal by knowing the owner.

How did you finance this deal?

Bank loan

How did you add value to the deal?

We added value by completely remodeling it and adding a mother in law suite.

What was the outcome?

The outcome was that the property increased in value.

Always be prepared for unexpected things to happen.
