Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Scottsdale.

Purchase price: $280,000
Cash invested: $10,000

My first rental experience has gone smoothly so far.
We invested in a property in Scottsdale, AZ back in April.
We purchased the property for $280k (25% down, traditional financed), $10k towards renovations, and currently renting for $2,150 per month ($700 net cash flow).

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

To increase cash flow

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS, negotiated price down a bit.

How did you finance this deal?

Traditional

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I am a licensed real estate agent, so handled the purchasing of the property.
