Real Estate is so good always a reason to keep it
Investment Info:
Small multi-family (2-4 units) other investment in South San Francisco.
Purchase price: $250,000
Sale price: $509,000
This property was purchased by my father in the early 1990s. I completely regret selling it in 2010. If I had known about Bugger Pockets and house hacking I'd still have it today.
But to stay positive I'm grateful for the learning experience.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
It was the property that spurred my interest in real estate. I learned to interact with tenant, craft leases and rental agreements, construction and how management worked.
Lessons learned? Challenges?
My lesson learned is when others are losing their heads keep yours.
