Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Tewksbury.

Purchase price: $273,000
Cash invested: $65,000

Bought this to live in, decided I wanted to live in the city so I decided to try it out as a rental property. Have had renters there for two years now.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was a whim actually, I had bought and flipped two properties previously and watched their values increase after my sales, so decided to hold this one as a rental and get my ROI.
