Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $220,000
Cash invested: $80,000

My own home, going to rent extra rooms to friends in Spring

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I needed a home, it can make me money.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Offered 217,000 listed at 236,000, settled on 220,000.

How did you add value to the deal?

Gonna fix up my own house, and love a good life while offering friends economical housing.
