Initial Rental Investment

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $149,000
Cash invested: $5,000

This was our first home purchase which when we moved converted into a rental.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It made sense to keep the property, which is in great condition, as a rental given the Austin metro housing market.

How did you add value to the deal?

Upgraded flooring and landscaping

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes we worked with JP Rodriguez and would recommend him highly.
