Driving home from looking at an MLS listing, there was a FSBO sign, I called the number listed on the sign and found out that there would be an open house the next day. I ran some comps and made my offer

Finishing attic space in the upper unit and adding bedroom and bathroom to each unit finished space with interior updates.
