Questions about getting a loan without prior 2 year employment

have about 300k saved up but I wanted to get a loan instead of using my money however the only thing that messes me up is that I haven't had 2 years of prior employment. I was gonna buy my first SFH for about 60k cash but if I do that will I be able to get a loan on the house to finance my next investment?? Please help or give me tips I'm a 25 yr old from Brooklyn and I want financial freedom!!!!!!. Thanks again
