Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $145,000
Cash invested: $30,000
Sale price: $170,000

Purchased and lightly rehabbed then professionally staged and created a very successful AirBnB that became a 5 star, super host rated AirBnB in less than 2 months and grossed well over cash invested in less than one year.
