Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Oldsmar.

Purchase price: $94,000
Cash invested: $18,000
Sale price: $150,000

Fix and Flip in Oldsmar. Was a good deal at the time. In hindsight, holding longer-term, as a rental, would have been a better play.
