Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
Just bought a property with a partner. Planning on using the brrrr strategy and moving on to the next deal.

I'm managing the deal from renovations to refinancing, and management.
What was the outcome?
It's cash flowing already we're slowly rehabbing as we bring in cash flow. Still waiting to refi it.
