Another Fix & Flip completed out in Union, NJ.

This project was a success despite having an issue with a contractor (always learning).

    @Alex Bekeza ha, thank you! We found this one with direct mail. The purchase price was 190K, rehab, 75K, sold for 365K. We financed the deal with a mixture of company capital & private money @ 10% with a balloon payment upon sale.
