Bought another mobile home

Investment Info:

Mobile home buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $1,900
Cash invested: $1,900

The trust purchased a 1968 Baron Single wide mobile home. The prior owner had been on a limited income and the local grants department had spent about $20,000 in improvements over the last 5 years. The HVAC system is only four month old and worth about $6,000 by itself. Rent is $600 a month and includes the $300.00 a month lot rent.
