Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Colona.

Purchase price: $120,000
Cash invested: $120,000

This is a large ranch with a great back yard. Upgraded kitchen and appliances make up an eat-in kitchen.

How did you finance this deal?

This was a cash deal.

How did you add value to the deal?

Renovation of the interior increased value to the property. It also showed me why I should use granite instead of laminate countertops. Lesson learned.

Keep up the good work Bud.  Eye on the ball!  I'm getting ready for my next purchase in the next two months or so.
