Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $15,000
Cash invested: $15,000

Buy from bank as is . The city of Delaware has grant money to demo home free of cost to me . I plan to build new 3 bad 1 bath home on a block crawl space . I fill doing the project using my crew and only sub out the plumbing. I will have 35,000 in cost so 50,000 in a new 140,000 house . That will rent for 1300 per mouth .
