Large multi-family (5+ units) other investment in Pryor.

Syndicated the acquisition of a 100-Unit apartment community with my partners at Trident Multifamily and our passive investors. After 6 months of operations, we are on track to meet our projected returns of more than 12% Cash-on-Cash return for our investors
