Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Dripping Spgs.

Purchase price: $150,000

I had this house built for myself. When I met my wife and we got another house together, I kept it as a rental.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The real estate market was bad when I was moving out of it, so I rented it. It has worked out so well, I want to continue investing in rental properties as a supplemental retirement investment.
