3 bed 1 bath on 2 acres in great area, close to town, great school district.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Sounded like a smart idea to buy a house to live in while the Army was paying for it and rented two rooms out to Army buddies while living in it...

Knew what I wanted, searched until I found it and made sure it was in a good area, close to town and good school district.
