Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Hudson.

Purchase price: $38,000
Cash invested: $16,000
Sale price: $120,000

I brought this property in 2015 for 38,000. I then rented the property for $1,000 per month for roughly 3 years to the same tenant. Within the first year I took a HELOC on the property for 35,400 and purchased another investment. When the tenant vacated I spent $16,000 in upgrades which included kitchen, bathroom, painting of the interior/ exterior, and adding a closet to the family room to make it an additional bedroom. Sold the property for 120k on 8/29/2019.
