What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
The numbers made sense and I s trying to improve the market

I searched online and I found it on an auction site

I renovated 85/90% of the property
What was the outcome?
I made a lot of mistakes and failed forward. I made money but not what I expected. I did sell it for more than the comps stated
