Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Portsmouth.

Purchase price: $218,000
Cash invested: $10,000
Sale price: $250,000

Big spacious duplex in the neighborhood of Waterview. Currently house hacking it. The Units are a 4/2.5 at 2600 sq/ft and a 2/1.5 at 1200 sq/ft that I am currently staying in.
