Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Meadow Lake.
Purchase price: $170,000
Cash invested: $110,000
Bought a major rehab unit. Partner/contractor had personal situation that delayed rehab. Working on rehab currently. Hope to have in move in condition 11/19.

Rehabing is not as difficult as I expected. Helps to have a great partner that was also a contractor for many years.
