Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Savannah.

Purchase price: $170,000

Flip hacking property in Parkside neighborhood. This neighbor is scaling with houses currently selling at 250K to 300K. Goal is to upgrade kitchen, bath, add a bath and other small cosmetics for an ARV of 250k. Also looking to turn large detached garage into tiny home or studio for renting
