Through a residential real estate agent

FHA loan - basically no money down.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I've never done anything like this before so it was not easy. You have to learn all of the in's and out's of the due diligence process so you don't make a mistake.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

agents, etc.
