Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $250,000
Cash invested: $20,000
Sale price: $325,000

Single Family Condo. I originally purchased to live in by myself, but it was in a desirable area so when I relocated to Washington, I rented it out.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was what I could afford at the time.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

A lot of time searching for something that I could afford. I used a private financer and negotiated a super low interest rate.

How did you finance this deal?

Private Financer

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Min Seo is selling the unit with Redfin. I HIGHLY recommend her. She is pro-active and is very knowledgeable.
