Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Blue Ash.
Purchase price: $282,000
Cash invested: $48,000
Ranch home in an established community, very upper class area of mostly 1950's ranches. The subdivision is currently undergoing a major overhaul due to flippers buying them. We remodeled the entire house, with master, hall and basement baths redone, kitchen spectacularly remodeled, and everything looking sweet.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
The numbers were pretty good, the area is having a resurgence of interest, and the post-reno prices are surging to the half-million mark or beyond.

Actually got it from Build Realty in Blue Ash.
