Welcome home to this beautifully updated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a two car garage in the Heart of the Highlands. Located within walking distance to everything the Highlands has to offer. This home features a large spacious kitchen with new granite, tile back splash, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. It has a new roof, doors, lighting, bathroom tile and fixtures, hardwood flooring, and neutral paint throughout.

This house was professionally staged by me.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Another investor in Louisville wasn't able to take on the project so, he assigned the contract to us and we took on the flip. We purchased, renovated, listed and closed in less than 90 days.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard Money

How did you add value to the deal?

I professionally staged it.

What was the outcome?

Sold very quickly and made a 70k profit.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I listed and staged the home for sale.
