Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in New Britain.

Purchase price: $225,000
Cash invested: $50,000

First house purchase. Lived here for 8 years, updated as time goes, which is what the cash in is. Now we just rent it out and hold. We have only had a high occupancy, only had vacant while working on it.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Needed a place to live, wanted to own, needed lower rent, so bought multi family.
