Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $90,000
Cash invested: $16,400

Used seller financing on this acquisition. This is a quadplex near downtown Spartanburg SC.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Solid cash flow and I also believe in the area and it's possibility to appreciate.
