How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

On the MLS, came in at asking price.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional commercial loan, 20% down. Financed down payment through private money. Financed flip expenses out-of-pocket.

How did you add value to the deal?

Rehabbed entire house. New kitchen, flooring, paint, deck, etc.
