Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $139,450
Cash invested: $20,000
Sale price: $191,500

1st Flip - Purchased a foreclosure before getting into real estate. Learned about investing in real estate and flipped the house we were living in. Many lessons learned. Complete renovation took about 2 months to complete.
