Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Westminster.

Purchase price: $168,000
Cash invested: $60,000

Currently my single family rental property

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Always wanted to invest in real estate

How did you add value to the deal?

Lived on property and fixed up property by adding two beds and one bath, which increased equity in home.
rented property for the last three years, while using equity for other investments and cash flow.

What was the outcome?

Great experience being a landlord and fixing up a property to add more value
