Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $125,000
Cash invested: $15,000

40 Acre Cabin, 2 bed, 2 bath, Purchased on a Contract for Deed

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We like buying land where you can get away from it all.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

SOI and seller did not want to come back to the state and get the property ready to sell. We purchased as is
