Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Bay Saint Louis.

Investment Property Purchased to rehab and rent out.

Seeking funds to complete rehab

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was a life estate that was not wanted by a family member. Was able to pick it up for pennies on the dollar.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this deal through word of mouth.

How did you finance this deal?

I paid cash for the property

How did you add value to the deal?

I will add value by rehabbing and renting out.

What was the outcome?

None to date - working on acquiring funds to rehab.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

This was an off-market property. No agents or lenders involved. Only professional was the title company for closing.
