Buying rental property in Columbus OH
Based off my research Columbus OH is a great place to invest in rental property considering the increase in population growth, affordable housing and low unemployment rate. Being that my budget is 60k I'm almost certain I will be looking in D neighborhoods. Does anyone have any recommendations regarding neighborhoods that I should look into or avoid? Also, does anyone have any recommendation for a realtor or property manager? It's so hard to find a real estate agent because my purchase price is so low. Please share your experiences. Thank you

@Ashley Willis columbus is growing like weeds. People here dont work because they dont want too. A lot of investors here are in the $60,000 to $80,000 range but they are going to need some form of rehab but you can get your cash flow. In that price range their are pockets all over town. DM me so we can talk more
