That sounds like a great deal! Congrats! Almost 3% rule if I'm understanding properly. Did you live in Atlanta before? If not, how did you get so plugged in to the market to catch such great deals, know where to invest, etc.? Do you have a local team helping? Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks Shaun!
