Calculator: Sources of Funding for Rehab

I'm brand new to using the calculators (and investing for that matter) and my husband and I have been entering in test information just to familiarize ourselves. I'm using the BRRRR calculator... If I estimate $30k in rehab costs, how do I enter information into the calculator if I'm using a HELOC to fund the $30k rehab, OR alternatively, how would I enter it if I'm using cash to fund the rehab? If I add $30k into the "Estimated Repair Costs" is it assuming that's using cash?
