Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $80,000
Sale price: $142,000

I designed and did most of the work myself with the exception of tile installation. Let me know what you think!

Condo Updates
-Replaced carpet with laminate
-Replaced baseboard trim throughout
-New paint walls, trim and cabinets
-Full kitchen update including new appliances, concrete countertops, new tile flooring & backsplash
-Master bathroom update including tile, cabinets, fixtures
-New stacked stone fireplace facade
