Our first investment! A two-bedroom condo in Nashville. Great tenants!

The numbers worked. It was in the market we wanted to invest in.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it on RedFin. I negotiated through a real estate agent.

How did you finance this deal?

All cash

How did you add value to the deal?

Upgraded the kitchen, bathrooms, and windows.

What was the outcome?

Increased ARV
