What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It needed work, it was in a really good area and I had been looking for properties for a while and I thought I was ready to jump start in the investment world

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It was in the MLS. The lady wanted more than it was listed for. She actually had 6 offers. I gave her the highest offer with an inspection contingecy. She liked the offer but she didn't want the inspection contingency and I negotiated it down to $49,900
