Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Hermitage.

Purchase price: $168,000
Cash invested: $5,000

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I needed to find better housing for my parents and help them with their expenses.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We found it with a real estate agent and negotiated through real estate agent

How did you finance this deal?

My aunt helped us put down 20% to purchase.

How did you add value to the deal?

Painted interior. Painted front porch railing. Will replace deck.
