A peak at our first multi family project

Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $229,000
Cash invested: $46,000

This was our first Project we purchased. We refinanced it 4 years later and pulled out all of our original equity and purchased another building with it.

How did you finance this deal?

Traditional financing for commercial loans.. 75 LTV on a 25 year AM.
