Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in Nashville.

Purchase price: $235,000
Cash invested: $865,000

Bought an old apartment building in Germantown/SalemTown and gutted it. Invested about 650,000 in renovations. Bank per forma showed $600/month rent, now $1,100+ Great Cash Flow property
